Duties & Responsibilities
We are looking to take on university graduates and school/college leavers interested in joining as a Trainee Tax Accountant. This role is full time, a salary of £24,784.50 per annum.
From day one, you’ll gain hands-on experience across a wide range of accounts or personal tax work, working closely with experienced managers who will help you build strong technical skills and confidence, giving excellent service to our clients, developing your understanding of accounts or tax compliance, communication, and client care in practice.
As part of your role, you’ll be supported through your professional studies via a ATT or ATT/CTA apprenticeship. We provide study leave, cover tuition costs and give on-the-job practical training. All trainee accountants who are studying have salary reviews twice a year , with salary increases based on exam progress.
Please note it is a requirement for all our trainees to be office based full time as we believe it is the best way to learn and develop on the job, within our open plan office environment.
