Neil is a partner and RI in our Haywards Heath office. He has over 25 years worth of experience, having originally trained in a large firm before becoming a CFO / finance director in a number of small cap listed entities in the travel, aviation and events sector. Neil returned to practice in 2020, before joining Galloways in 2024.

Specialist Areas

Audits of SME limited company, including those owned by private equity. Assisting with financial reporting services, such as acquisitions (e.g. purchase price allocations).



Outside Work

Outside of work, Neil spends much of his time watching live music, riding his bike or running.

Strengths

Given his experience as a former CFO, Neil has a unique perspective of having been ‘both sides of the fence’.
