I first started working with Ali in my capacity as CEO of the Student Life charity in 2018. The original instruction to act for us was based on a single, one hour telephone conversation where Ali didn’t give the ‘hard sell’, he simply chatted through his background and company services. The professionalism shone through.
Over the subsequent years, Ali has continued to display that – often difficult to find – mix of professionalism, human touch and friendliness that is often needed from the professionals that support a growing organisation. Ali has overseen a rapid growth in our income, our rapid diversification and always been on the end of the phone, email or willing to meet face to face when necessary.
It would take a seismic shift in service delivery for me ever to feel the need to replace Ali’s accountancy support.
