Twelve members of the Galloways Accounting team took part in a swimming relay on 24 September. The weather was kind but cold but they completed a 12 hour continuous swim relay outside at Brighton Sea Lanes, which started at 7pm and finished at 7am.
They raised 166% of their target on Just Giving for Rockinghorse Children’s Charity – a great local children’s charity supporting sick and disabled children across Sussex.
Rockinghorse is a Brighton-based charity which has been supporting children for over 50 years. It was set up in 1967 by Dr Trevor Mann to improve healthcare services for sick children and babies. The charity fundraises for items for every child’s treatment, from toys to life-saving equipment.
