We are therefore confident that in all circumstances we will be able to fulfil all key requirements for you but would ask for your patience and understanding given the complexity of the situation we are all facing.
We are committed to the safety of our employees and the community. We are encouraging our employees to work from home where possible but you can still contact us by phone or email in the usual way. Whilst our offices currently remain physically open to the extent required for business continuity, if you need to deliver any documents or records to our offices please make contact with us in advance. We have technology in place to hold meetings electronically therefore you will be able to contact us as normal and should see no disruption to service levels.
