It was fantastic to see such an impressive turnout for our charity football match in Worthing against Pembroke Financial Services. It was the team’s first time playing together and whilst we didn’t win, it was for a good cause and definitely a laugh – great to get to know more of our expanding team. Players and supporters from several of our Sussex offices turned up and a bake sale, collections and our Just Giving site all helped to raise a tidy sum for Rockinghorse Children’s Charity – the official fundraising arm of the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton.
Player of the match was Lucia, our goalkeeper without whom the score line might have been very different!
